Your two ships puzzle me. I have no trace of Reed and I have a feeling that
Preside III is President III. That was purely an accounting base established
at Clark's College, 15 Whiteladies Road in Bristol for all Naval Personnel
allocated to service in Defensively Equipped Merchant Ships. These are
Armed Merchant vessels or Q Ships
