Hi folks,
Jane DOUGAL widow of Matthew SHOUT harbour engineer of Scarborough
1801-1804 and Sunderland 1804-1817 was the daughter of Commander George
DOUGAL RN of London.

Their son Robert SHOUT 1807-1824 was a midshipman in the E. India
Service and died aged just 17yrs.

I would appreciate any help anyone can suggest.
