Thanks very much, Ian. This site did not yield any children of my GGF W.T.
Allen, but I did find him amongst the crew of the Iris, all nicely listed in
1881, as part of the Mediterranean Fleet. Am trying St. Paul's Pro Cathedral
in Valetta. The 4 kids may have been baptized there.
