Hello Steve,
She was laid down as HMD MOONLIGHT but was completed privately, by whom is
not known to me. She fished out of Lowestoft, where she is now preserved. Her
Port Number was LT 553.
I suggest you try an e-mail to the Lowestoft Library,
I have found them extremely helpful in the past.
There is a very nice picture of CARRY ON taken in 1931, in the book A CENTURY
OF FISHING by Malcolm White ISBN 09532485 1 8 from which this snippet of
information was obtained.
