Today completed the indexing of all mariners
on Swansea Registered ships between
1861 and 1870 plus 1891 to 1894

1871 now started.

Over 25,000 entries of mariners of all ranks
from Cabin boy to Master, including where found
in the log books records of stowaways, and passengers.
Includes deaths and where buried, voyage data , shipowners
and ships data.

Mariners originate from all parts of the UK,
Isle of Man, Channel Island, Europe, America,
Canada and other nations including one from Japan.
