Bobbie,My cousin, whom I begged to do the DNA for me now has a perfect
match with a Jeffrey L. McDonald. 37 marker. How close would that make
us? We have 6 lines from James to Raymond. James McDonald, 1760, son
William, son William Crawford,son Napolean,son Hobson,son Raymond.I also
had the deep clade test done and that is when they said we were from
Sommerlad. Descendents of the Viking
And Norse. Now, I have the back history of Blakeney, Our line to William
Crawford's wife. It also has Viking and Norse way back. Should I notify
mark McDonald, head of the McDonald DNA.? Sincerely, Ruth M. Scruggs
Congratulations Ruth,
We have contacted before. You tried to help me with my search. But, I
cannot recall which surname. McDonald, Mullins, Hawes, Vansyckle, Grubaugh,
Gauss, Montague or Chipman. smile. I am thrilled for you because I know you have
worked hard on your line and have taken the time to assist others with theirs.
Your 37/37 match is so exciting. I would be telling everybody! smile
Bobbie
