My great, great grandfather's name was Stonewall Jackson McKnight. He was known as Jack. I have been told that his father's name was Andrew Jackson McKnight, but I cannot be certain of that. I do have a great uncle though whose name was Andrew Jackson McKnight. He passed away in the late 70's. My McKnight family are from east Texas and came there from Georgia. I doubt this will help you any, but thought I would let you know that the name Andrew Jackson McKnight has been used in my family too. I hope your search is successful.
