Thank you so much. I've been searching for her for quite some time. Had someone check the Allegheny records as I thought she was probably there at some point in her life, but obviously they failed to find the information. I am assuming they are collateral kin since the census did not indicate children for them in 1900 or 1910 or 1920. It is Luella Phillips McMillen that particularly interests me as she is the aunt of my paternal grandmother.
