Thanks for posting this to the list.
I have taken the liberty to forward it to my Turkish
Friends and will respond in kind when they give me their
take on it all.
These Turkish friends believe that the Ottomon Empire
was enfluenced by many different cultures and that even
today that enfluence is apparent.
