Since many Melungeons are mostly English, Scot, Irish, Dutch, German and
other northern Europeans, especially for the past 200 years, one would
perhaps be interested in northern European blood types. In many Gowens,
Goins, etc and their relatives, African and Native American influences today
are comparatively minor elements in Melungeons. Mediterrenean may be found
in even fewer.
