Ha, don't forget that there are places on the Rez where Whites don't
tread, also. Had a biker friend and his wife take a trip out West and
they got lost. Ended up on the inside back 40 of a Rez and some young
men in pickups chased them off the Rez, taking a couple of pot shots as
they all roared along. They only chased them off the Rez, didn't follow
off. But later in town my friends were told exactly where NOT to tread
if they wanted to keep their scalps, so to speak. The White Folk had a
kind of 'well, if I wa an Indian I might feel the same way....."
