I've always wondered some of that myself...Why can't God be a biochemist or
genetic engineer? Maybe he liked the joy of creating a big bang? My son
certainly loves to! Maybe he took awhile to cook up a batch of misbegotten
human beans?

The Bible is based on faith, we are not supposed to know or understand, jsut
believe. In fact He tells us that we are not to question. But I also
think
that one of his wonderful gifts to mankind was our mind and the gifts that
go
with it. One of these was knowledge to use it and one was the ability to
solve questions. I do believe in the Creation, as told to us in the Bible,
but I also think that He gave man a mind to use and the ability to do
discover great things, I also think that someday both theories will be
melded
together finding that both the Creation and evolution were correct, I know
that in our present way of thinking, that this can not be true, but sense I
am not God, and no one knows the answer, it does seem to me that this has
to
be the answer. Science is not usually wrong, but God is NEVER wrong, so
why
can the Creation not have started out as some sort of evolution that God
started, or created, as you will? Man kind was made in God's image, but who
has seen God to know what he looked like, and did Adam and Eve look like
human beings right from the start?(any way humans as we know them) I know
that many faiths do not believe in medicine, but if God had not wanted man
to
use his brain to discover ways of healing, why would He have given us the
ability to use the mind in that manner, and why did he allow it to
progress,
with such good results for as long as man has existed. Each year more is
discovered to help us live better, longer lives, to elevate pain and
suffering. My own personal thought is that he intended us to use it or he
would have never have installed that into our brain, with the ability to
continue it on. Some times there can be a simple answer such as both
evolution and creation being the same. We as humans try to over use or
brains
and make something hard out of simple things. It does seem like we do try
to
out do our own thinking abilities. When we should use them to solve other
problems that he wants us to use these mind cells for. like getting rid of
pain and suffering and peace on earth.
As far as the different colors of people, was this not part of the tower of
Bable, where He made mankind speak in different languages so that they could
not argue, or am I mistaken about that? Please do correct me if I am wrong
because I do want to know if I recall it correctly. As in any theory,
there
is room for discussion. Would not persons color change according to how
warm
the climate was where they come from. I know that I read somewhere that the
people who came from the cold climates were short and heavy, and the ones
who
came from the warmer climates where there were tall grasses and tress were
taller and thinner. I can't remember, but there was much more, and it did
make sense because of how they had to adapt to climates.
