Betty, Please do not remove your by line. It is very important that people
are aware that there is somewhere that they can go for help with abuse. It
is not accepted any more and folks do not have to take it, there is no stigma
to having it happen to you anymore as it can happen to any one in any society
or financial level. People are not going to judge you or condemn you, it
happens and these people that it has happened to need all the help and
support that they can get. This website is a very caring group of people,
and I am sure all other members, are grateful to you for caring enough to
have such a byline. Nothing but "kudos" and "you go girl" from us.
