I looked at a few (not all) pages of this census on images at Ancestry.com &
on ones I looked at the "color" column was blank. This usually indicates
that they were "white". Keep in mind that whatever is entered here is
usually "in the opinion of the enumerator" & may or may not be correct. If
you'll post the page # or family/household # & name, I'll look up the folks
you're interested in & let you know what it says.
