Hi - this Lisa. I live in Middlesboro. Parts of Meldrum road still floods
but Middlesboro itself does not any more. I work for the Corps of Engineers
and we worked on the creek a couple of years ago and aleviated some of the
problem. The outlying roads were all under water yesterday (ie - Rt 92, Rt
66, Comer road, etc.). This flood is about one-half foot less than last
year's March flood. Parts of Harlan County and Williamsburg, in Whitley
County are under water too. Thousands across Kentucky are without
electricity due to snow and ice on up country (Lexington, etc.). I ask for
lots of prayer for those people!!
