SueBee, of course, you're right:-) Looking at the map, it does show Pound
Gap as being between Kentucky and Virginia. And it shows Tennessee. You're
right about some of us non-natives not being clued in to the geography. From
looking at the image, I can't tell whether the words Cumberland Gap would likely
be just off the page, or if the Cumberland Gap's missing from the map. Which
is it?
I just love old maps, but don't have much of a memory.
