I grew up and live in the same area as Abraham Enloe, purported to be
Lincoln's father. Indeed, Lincoln's mother was working in the home of Enloe. I
was recently told that the DNA testing is already being done to see if the
Enloes and the Lincolns match. Don't know anything more than that, but I do know
that the Enloes are supposed to have been tested. What is really
interesting to me is that the Enloes and my Gibson family lived very close and
constantly interacted, so my gggg, ggg, and gg grandfather would have been well aware
if the story is true. Oh, to step back in time for just one day and talk to
them!
