Hello Penny,
I agree with you. I would rather see a site that has some real facts about
the people that were called "Melungeons", with a "mistake" in the HTML, than
a "perfect" site with a bunch of myths and fairy tales. Plus the browsers of
today can't read HTML, meaning HILLBILLY Text Markup Language, LOL! I had a
dear friend who passed away a few years ago, a member of the Southern
Arapaho tribe, his name was John Pedro. He had a great saying "I make
mistakes for those who are looking for them, so everybody is satisfied". His
father was acquainted with James Mooney, who helped form the "Native
American Church".
Keep up the good work!!
