Two thoughts
Did she remarry?
Did her husband leave a Will which is more likely than her leaving one

Given that married women at that time could own nothing in their own right ,
it's unlikely that she would have
left a will unless she was a rich widow and even then, she might only have
had a life interest in her
husband's estate and thus have nothing to leave.

The time frame for her death seems very wide, how did you arrive at it ? On
FreeBMD, there's no death for
Mary S Wilcox registered in Birmingham so she possibly died before 1837.
