Searching for the Native American line that is supposedly in my dad's side of
the family. His father was Garrett Hobert Burns Sr. b.in Redstar,Madison Co.,
Arkansas. He married Louella Stanberry b.1906 in Redstar, Madison
Co.,Arkansas in Nov.1924. His father was named "Sol" Burns and was alledgedly
a Baptist preacher, Sol's wife was named Frances Ezonia ? (dad couldn't
remember her maiden name).My father (one of 4 children) was b.in Talequah Ok.
in 1935, they then proceeded to move to the Lincoln Co, Okla. area.
I've looked in the census here in Dallas and could not find them. Any idea as
to where I look now?
