I am not finding the right family in Hyde County. Here are the
Sadler/Saddlers indexed in 1870 Hyde:

There were also William Sadlers indexed in Craven on pages 535 and 525 and
one William Sadler indexed in Mecklenburg County in 1870.

Here are the ones listed as William in Hyde County, and this one living with
the Watson looks promising, but still not what you are looking for:

I also did not find your folks in the 1880 LDS census. I checked the entire
US for a Missouri Sadler and found none.
Give me some direction as to what to do next, and I will be happy to help if
