Would you mind checking for Kasiah/Kisiah/Keziah or Kissiah in Mecklenburg in
1870 too. Depending on who was writing the census at the time. This line has
gotten out of control.

Nothing on either name, I searched for the last name only and there is no
Skipper/Scipper in Mecklenburg county at all.
