There was not a Durham family indexed in Wilkes County in 1850. There
are 72 Durham families in the index for the entire state. Do you have
any idea of any other county he might have been in? To pull up and look
at 72 records for a child named William who might be Bill or Will or
Billy etc. would be too time consuming and probably not productive.

Could someone please do a lookup for a William Durham? He would be about
18 yrs. old. Is it possible to find him if he is listed with his
parents? He may still be living with his parents. I have the 1860 census
for Wilkes that shows him listed with wife, Ellender, and two children
John and Sarah. Thanks for any help.
