Mary,

The only Russells indexed in 1930 Lincoln County were Fannie, Gertrude,
James, and Katherine, none of whom were near age 39.

There are 63 Robert and Bob Russells indexed in the state. All those who
were near in age to 39 were either white or born out of state.

Sorry I wasn't able to find him.
