Arlene,
There are 43 Johnson families indexed in 1900 Pender County, but no Eugene,
no Gene, no E. Johnson.

If he is still in the home of his parents, I would need to know their names.
If you do not know, and have not done so, you might want to order a copy of
his death certificate.
