Hi

Thanks for acknowledging my inquiry.

I have always been told that the GREAT grandfather's name was William Henry
Tippit. Of course Tippit has several
variations of spelling and I try to check
them all out. I can not tell you about Joseph Wm., Jr. because I only have
that one name. Rumor has it that the Civil War split the family and Henry
and his sister 'stuck' together. I believe she was older. She was always
referred to as
Aunt Sis. I do know she married into the CHALK family.
Thanks again, and if you cross paths with any more Tippits please let me
know. If
you have anything else on Joseph Wm.
Tippet, Jr., please send it.
Georgi Tippit
