I did not find your Daniel in Rockingham County or anywhere else in 1850 using his birth date and place of birth as reference.

In 1850 there are two Boyles listed that are born in VA and are even close (and not really) to the date you gave. There is John Boyles, born 1800 in VA in Rockingham Co., and Solomon Boyles born in VA in 1808 in Stokes County.

Sorry I couldn't help you. The last I found of Daniel in Rockingham was in the 1840 census.

Daniel Boyles b. abt 1764 VA. He died abt Aug. 1851 in Rockingham Co., North
Carolina

His wife Susanna d. supposedly by 1830.

He could be living with any of these children:

John b. abt 1800 m. Nancy

Nancy b. abt 1802 m. Hubbard M. Williams

Matilda b. abt 1802 m. William Sparks

Daniel b. abt 1807 m. Frances Jane

Mary Susan b. abt. 1810 m. J. J. J. Chandler
