Without information on Joseph's age or place of birth I can only give you the one Joseph Harrison I found in Mecklenburg Co. and it's in Ramah District:

Joseph Harrison, 42 M Carpenter Real Estate Value 290 born NC
Mary, 16 F
Charles, 14 M
David, 12 M
Jane, 10 F
W. H., 7 M
John, 5 M
Alice, 2 F

All the children are born in NC and Charles, David, Jane and W. H. attended school within the year.
