I did not find anyone in Duplin Co. near this name, but did find this one
in:
Capt. Williams District,
Cumberland Co NC,
Roll: 39,
Page: 591,

Elijah Rakley,

2 males of the age of 45 and over,

1 female under the age of 10,
1 female of the age of 16 thru 25,
2 females of the age of 45 and over,
