Carol,
I don't find any of these folks indexed in 1930 Duplin County.

There's a black Randolph Williams, born about 1909, who was enumerated in
the household of his uncle, James Singletary, in 1930 Hoke County, NC; a
Dolphus Williams, born about 1911, enumerated in 1930 Columbus County, NC
with his grandparents, John and Jane Lyson, and a Randolph Williams, born
about 1905, who was enumerated in the household of his father, Lawrence
Williams, in 1930 Franklin County.
