Carol,

My 1930 index doesn't show any results for William & Rachel THOMAS in Duplin
Co. Also no results for
Randolph, Dolphie, Dolph, Dolpha WILLIAMS in Duplin Co.

Based on his birth year of 1906 + or - 2 yrs., the only result is a
Randolph THOMAS, b. 1905, living in
Dunn Co. with father Lawrence and siblings, Annie 21, Arthur 28 and Lumas
15. This family is listed as
negro. Would that be him?
