SAMUEL HUIE written 28 Nov, 1856 probated Aug 1857
Wife Mary to have all lands and stock except $50 to my son Ezra E.
Huie and at her death to be sold and divided to all children
including what I have given to those married as follows: Ezra C.
Huie, Rachel C. Campbell and Mary H. Holland.
Execs: James Holland and Ezra C. Huie. witnesses William Myers,
William Gardner, Jurats.

I do not have the abstracts for 1872.

Good Day,
Trying to locate a will abstract for Samuel Huie of Iredell County. Died in
1857 (b.1799). If possible, would like to see if there is a will abstract
for Mary Huie also. Died in 1872 (b. 1807) in Iredell County also.
