I am beginning to research the Anderson family of Walnut Creek. Specifically James Anderson, Jesse Anderson, Nancy ANDERSON Grant. They moved from NC to Darlington District, SC (well, Jesse did do not know about James).

1. Where is the Walnut Creek these Anderson's would have come from? According to Rootsweb there are three counties (Onslow, Wayne, & Madison).

2. Does anyone have tips for researching this family for I have no idea where to begin considering there are so many Anderson's.
