I am looking for any information regarding James W. Blackwell. He was born in 1903. In 1908, he was sent from Madison County to the Greensboro Children's Home, but later brought back to Asheville in 1913. He was my grandfather's brother. His connection to Alamance County is possibly place of death.
Also does anyone have any information on a Woodrow Blackwell born in 1914. According to the 1920 cencus, he was living in Madison County.My records have him living in Burlington arount 1941.
