I believe Glade Creek Church is located near the town of Hooker in western Alleghany County. There is no Glade VALLEY township; you are thinking of Glade CREEK township which is basically the northeastern corner of the county. There is also a town called Glade Valley, which is located in Cherry Lane Twp. (the southeastern part of the county).
