Trying to find a record of birth for, IRA ADDISON BLACKBURN, born in
Ashe County, NC about March 29, 1869. He died in Ohio at the age of
1yr. 7mo. 8 days. His death date was Nov.7, 1870, so I come up with this
birth date by counting backwards. His parents, George Blackburn and
Caroline Green was from Ashe Co. and migrated to Ohio. Ohio didn't have
a birth record, so I am guessing he was born in Ashe Co. before they
moved. If anyone could help it would be appreciated.
