I am also working on a Latham line in Beaufort. I am seeking information
about a Sarah Ann Latham, who was born in 1803. She married Thomas Little
Ricks, who was born in Nash, but was living at Tranters in Beaufort County
in 1840. A Sarah A. Ricks is at Tranters in the 1860 census and an "Inrah
Ricks" in the 1850 census.
