WE, and I do mean we, made the Bertie County Newspaper...Bertie Ledger
Advance.

You will remember that I quoted Jeanette White's column on several Cemetery
listings. She and I have corresponded and she wrote a very nice article
about our Web page in July 9 issue.

She listed the important URLs (Web page and Archives) as well as the Mailing
List, and talked about the various sections of the Page that we are working on.

Additionally she invited all those people who do not have e-mail to
participate with us by writing through regular mail. So hopefully we will
broaden the participation to other people as well.

The paper has been so cooperative, and I plan to share with this List those
that deal with the history.
