Hi,
Northampton County is on the west side of Hertford county and joines the Va
line, Halifax joines up to Northampton. There is no Southampton NC, that
I've ever heard of, there is a Southampton Virginia which is located at the
bay bridge tunnel and goes to the Maryland line.
