Thank you for your welcome to this list. My husband's father's (Cadmus
Capehart Nicholls) family is from Bertie County. His father was Joseph
Eugene Nicholls. We have been to your area and seen and visited Scotch Hall
when George Capehart still lived there. We have much of the family history
due to the efforts of Sue Martin Capehart Nicholls but would love to hear
more. Are any of you familiar with this family? Would love to hear from
you.
