Hi Leonard..

The wife of Judge Parker did an exhaustive work on the families of the
Parkers in Bertie and Hertford counties. I think there is a copy at
Hope Plantation. Phone 1-252-794-3140. She moved to Texas to live with
a daughter, died, and most of her research materials went to a relative,
but I know not who.

If Hope doesn't have a copy, get them to give you the phone of Mrs.
Holly Mack Bell (Clara) who has the address of the daughter.
