I don't think I have any information on Judith Wimberley but could this deed refer to the same Charles and Judith King (not sure what book this is from but 205-206 is the page number I believe.

205-(206) CHARLES KING of Bertie Co to MICHAEL MARTIN of same, 1774, 33pds 6s8p proclamation. 160 acres which was taken from DANIEL FRASUR. Also signed by JUDITH KING. Wit: NATHAN CULLER, JOSIAH WARREN Nov Ct 1774

I've always assumed that "taken from Daniel Frasur" meant that Judith was Daniel's daughter and had inherited the land, but if this is Charles King and Judith Wimberley, what's the connection to Daniel?
