If anyone is willing to work on a specific high school and research this at
the Archives, I'll be delighted to post it on-line.

When I was doing research for the Roxobel-Kelford HS History, I found that
the Archives in Raleigh has High School Principals' Annual Reports from all
the high schools in Bertie Co going quite a way back, and Republican School
should be among them. It's worth a trip to look this info up, since there
are volumes of these documents and a wealth of data.
