Thorowgood is a famiy covered in Adventurers of Purse and Person. Adam
came to VA in the Charles 1621 listed at Elizabeth City in 1623/24 census
and again in 1624/5. Son Adam was a Burgess for Lower Norfolk. Other names
associated in a brief glance...Gookin, Lawson, Moseley.
