Here is what I have on these people in my files -

Clarence Alfonso Mizell (b. 27 November 1858) is the son of William W. Mizell and Harriett Cobb. He was married to Martha Ann Phelps (daughter of Mary Phelps; Mary Phelps was married to David L. Simmons, but I'm not sure he is the father of Martha Ann - possibly another marriage). Clarence and Martha Ann's children were:

Lula Catherine Mizell (b. 12 April 1885; died December 1887)
Martha Jane (Janie) Mizell (b. 13 December 1886; d. 15 September 1968; m. William Edward Leicester
Thomas Franklin Mizell (b. 25 November 1888; d. 27 March 1955; m. Eva Lee Asbell
David Richard (Dave Fonse) Mizell (b. 24 November 1890; d. 28 September 1973; m. Cenie Elizabeth Pierce
Albert Cleve Mizell (b. 05 February 1893; d. 03 November 1925; m. Mary Matilda Castelloe
Rhoden Lee (Preacher) Mizell (b. 26 September 1895; d. 20 June 1975; m. Julia Revell Asbell
Nellie Elizabeth Mizell (b. 12 January 1898; d. 21 July 1963)
Leslie G. Mizell (b. 12 July 1900; d. 04 May 1916)

David White Castellow (b. 13 May 1875; d. 08 May 1941) is the son of Hill Jordan Castellow and Narcissa White. He was married to Mary E. Simmons, daughter of David L. Simmons and Nancy Mizell. Their children were:

Raleigh Roosevelt Castellow (m. Mary Pierce)
Dannie Castellow
Jordan Castellow
Lillie Ioma Castellow (b. 1896; d. 20 July 1995; m. Ernest Elwood Castellow)

So these two families appear to be related through David L. Simmons. I was unable to find Sarah E. Rose, though her dates sound like she should be a sister of Clarence or Martha. I believe this information came from Joe H. Cobb's book, Nicholas Cobb Descendants, Neighbors and Relatives: 1613-1983 (Nashville: M.L.W. Publishing, 1983).

William W. Mizell and Harriet Cobb are my great-great-great grandparents.
