I am interested in talking with either descendants or researchers of Elizabeth J. Hilton...(b-21 Jan 1823; d-4 Mar 1891). She was buried in the Episcopal Church cemetery, in Hamilton, Martin Co, NC. I have reason to believe that my GG G/Mo, wife of David C. Martin, Frances H. Martin's maiden name was Hilton. David & Frances were listed in the 1840 Fed census for Martin Co, & in the 1850 census records for Bertie Co. Widow, Frances was back in the Martin Co. census records for the 1860 census, & was buried in the Hamilton Methodist Church cemetery in Sept 1865. Looking for connections. Thanks, Bob
