Hi Everyone
Do any of you have any information about the "DR DeVANE (DeVaughan)
of New Hanover that was a Surgeon on the Ship MINERVA that arrived in
Wilmington, NC on Aug 4 1804?" He was the ship surgeon. The ship was
bringing immigrants from Scotland.
This is taken from the BLADEN COUNTY HERITAGE BOOK.

I am searching for the Parents of TABITHA DeVANE BROWN b. 1805----1812.
She married JAMES M. BROWN. They lived, died and are buried in the
Rowan Community of Bladen County.
I need information on Both TABITHA AND JAMES. I have lots of
information on the early DeVane Family of New Hanover and Bladen County.
Just can't place HER in the correct Family.
