About 3 years ago I purchased a Hall Genealogy done by Mary Sue Hall-Marus.
It covers a Hall family from
Mecklenburg, Montgomery Co's in NC and Lancaster Co. SC. This genealogy
begins with Calvin Hall b. 1824, married 1848 to Mary Russell from VA. This
is a little closer to Bladen than Rowan Co NC where my Hall's lived and
died. If you are interested in either Hall family I will be glad to send
info to you. Both those counties came out of Anson which came out of Bladen
Co. 1750.

I don't recognize the West names but several people are still researching
the travels of Thomas West who went deeper into the south from Rowan before
going to AR/OK. Thomas West and wife Mary Renshaw West made their way to
Jackson Co, AL and several children were born during this time. Thomas West
died in 1860, Strang, OK.
