I have read this deed somewhere before.
Do you have any information about this Samuel MCNEELY?
My GGGrandfather was Samuel MCNEELY had one son John Thomas, wife D. WRIGHT was living in Cleveland Cty NC in the 1850 census. Samuel was killed in the civil war.
John Thomas changed the spelling to McNEILLY and sometime after 1880 mopved his family to Blount Cty Tn.
