Thank you so much for this information.This is the one I was looking for.The accident happened directly in front of my house when I was 16 years old.Just turned 69.I can remember everything (almost) except the year and date.The name of the person being pursued was Stevenson( I think).He was 16 years old and from Raleigh.Some one was asking me about it and I couldn`t remember the year.
